Chinese Class on 1\26, 2019.CSL-1

Dear Parents,

     I hope you are having a wonderful Monday! Please check 3 home worksheet in student's backpack, and watch them to finish it. there is a slight change in this week's homework:

1, we only read 4 times for reading log; 

2, writing work the first part is the same as before, write the Pinyin down in the spaces. the second part is color the one start with "d" yellow. the last part of homework is circling the right Pinyin of the picture.

In addition, because of performance, we use 15 minutes to teach kids to dance in class, bellow is the dancing link, I hope you can let them practice at home.

Good Afternoon Parents,

Good Afternoon Parents,

     I hope you had a wonderful weekend! I just want to remind you that this Saturday is our last class this semester. Please drop students on time, we going to have an awards ceremony in our classroom.

The guideline for the award are as follows: 

Awards must be earned and meaningful. The goal is to encourage students to study and learn and recognize their efforts. 不是人人有獎.

Each certificate comes with a $5 gift card.

1. 模範生 Model Student: 每班一位.  90% attendance, final exam score 90% or above. complete homework on time. being helpful and kind to classmates.

2. Honor Roll:  final exam score 90% or above.  In general, the honor roll will not be more than 50% of your class.  The final exam should be challenging and reflect what students have learned.

3. 最佳進步獎 Most Improved: 1-2 students per class

4. 最佳努力獎 Best Effort: 1-2 students per class

Except for the first award which we will vote to decide it, I will give other awards due to the final exam results and the classroom performance.
